Slow Flow Vinyasa
This Slow Flow class offers a steady, breath-centered practice rooted in vinyasa yoga, but at a more intentional pace. Designed to help you slow down and move mindfully, this class includes a full sequence: gentle warm-ups, Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), standing and balancing poses, twists, forward folds, backbends or heart-openers, and a final resting pose (Savasana).
