Ayurveda offers a different approach - one that helps you understand why your body is responding the way it is and how to support it gently and consistently over time.
You do not need to know anything about Ayurveda to begin… That is my role.
WHAT IS AYURVEDA?
Ayurveda is a holistic system of health that looks at the whole person, not just symptoms. It considers digestion, stress, sleep, energy, emotions, daily routines, and the nervous system together.
Instead of asking, “What is wrong with you?” Ayurveda asks, “What does your body need right now?”
This work is supportive for people experiencing digestive issues, chronic stress, fatigue, anxiety, sleep challenges, inflammation, autoimmune conditions, nervous system dysregulation, or a general sense of feeling disconnected from their body.

When we work together, we slow things down. We look at patterns instead of isolated symptoms. We listen to your body instead of overriding it.

This is not about perfection or rigid rules. It is about steadiness, clarity, and learning how to work with your body instead of against it.
Everyone Begins With a 1:1 Ayurveda Assessment
All clients begin with an initial one on one Ayurveda assessment. This session creates the foundation for everything that follows.
During this session, we explore your unique constitution, current imbalances, digestion, energy, sleep, stress patterns, and daily rhythms. You will leave with clarity around what may be driving your symptoms and a personalized starting plan to support your body.
This session is powerful. And it is not meant to stand alone.
Ayurveda works best when the body is given time to respond, adjust, and integrate. That is why most clients continue into a longer term container after their assessment.
