There’s a science behind that. It’s called Ayurveda, and it’s been guiding yogis for over 5,000 years. Ayurveda teaches that when we practice and live in harmony with nature (the seasons, the time of day, and our own constitution) balance happens naturally.

This training is where Ayurveda Meets Asana

A 3-part online training designed to help you align your yoga practice with the natural rhythms of life. Whether you’re a yoga teacher or a dedicated student, this immersive experience blends the wisdom of Ayurveda with the philosophy and practice of yoga. You’ll learn how to sequence classes and personal practices that support balance through the seasons, understand which styles of yoga are best for each dosha, and explore how simple Ayurvedic principles can bring more depth, clarity, and purpose to your teaching and daily life.

Module 1: The Vata Module begins November 7–9, 2025, and focuses on grounding, stability, and nervous system balance as we move into late fall and winter. This first immersion includes a weekend of live teachings and guided yoga practice, followed by five live Wednesday evening classes to help you integrate what you’ve learned.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This training was created this for yoga teachers, dedicated students, and wellness pros who want to weave Ayurveda into sequencing, cueing, and daily rhythm. If you’ve felt overstimulated by some classes and underwhelmed by others, you’ll learn why and what to do differently. You don’t need to take the modules consecutively. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Foundations that stick. Understand doshas, gunas, dhatus, agni and srotas in simple, applicable language so you can map what you feel in class to what you know in Ayurveda. No prior experience rewuired.

  • Seasonal and time-of-day rhythm. Teach and practice in harmony with circadian and seasonal cycles for steadier energy and clearer minds. (Following circadian rhythms sits at the heart of Ayurveda and is also one of the keys to loving your asana teaching or practice!

  • Sequencing by dosha. Balance Vata, Pitta, and Kapha through asana, pranayama, rest, and pacing, with clear opposites-therapy logic rooted in classical texts.

  • Voice, language, and conscious communication. Lead with steadiness and empowered feedback that helps students feel safe and seen.

  • Kitchen-table Ayurveda. Tastes, digestibility, simple teas, and timing so your own daily practice supports how you show up to teach.

THE STRUCTUIRE

This training runs as three seasonal modules. Join one or all three.

  • Vata Module — November 7–9, 2025. Grounding and stability for nervous-system calm, routines, and movement-stillness balance.

  • Kapha Module — March 6–8, 2026. Reawakening and renewal to clear stagnation and invite lightness.

  • Pitta Module — July 10–12, 2026. Cooling and recalibrating to soothe intensity and balance ambition.


    Each module includes five Wednesday evening integration sessions that follow.
