All new clients begin with an Initial Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultation. This session gives us the foundation for your care. We review your intake form, digestion, energy, sleep, stress, daily habits, symptoms, and rhythms through an Ayurvedic lens. You will leave with personalized guidance around food, routine, self-care practices, and simple next steps to begin supporting your body. This session is required for all new clients before moving into returning sessions or longer-term support.

Returning Client Sessions

After your initial consultation, you may book one-off returning client sessions as needed.

These sessions are helpful when you want to check in, refine your routine, ask questions, adjust your practices, or receive support as your body, schedule, symptoms, or season of life shifts.

Living in Balance

6-Month Ayurveda Support Container

Living in Balance is a deeper 6-month container for those who want more spacious, ongoing support. This option gives us time to work through longer-standing patterns, seasonal transitions, nervous system regulation, flare patterns, digestion, energy, stress, and deeper imbalances with more consistency. Many clients with chronic or autoimmune conditions choose this option because the body often needs time, steadiness, and patience to truly stabilize.
