Living in Rhythm is a guided immersion that blends yoga, Ayurveda, nervous system awareness, and lived experience into something practical, embodied, and sustainable.
This is not a self-paced information dump. You are supported live, week by week, so insight becomes integration rather than something you forget about after watching a video.
This work is for women who are ready to stop outsourcing their authority and begin trusting their body again.

How the immersion is structured
This is a live, guided container running through March 21st, with two opportunities to gather each week.
We meet live:
Wednesdays at 5:30pm ET
Saturdays at 10am ET
You can attend one or both. All sessions are recorded.
New teaching modules are released weekly so you stay focused, supported, and connected rather than overwhelmed.
