Body-Scan Meditation

This guided Body Scan Meditation is a calming, grounding practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and cultivate presence. You'll be gently guided to bring awareness to different areas of the body, one by one, allowing you to settle into stillness and tune in without judgment or expectation.

No equipment is needed. You can lie down on a yoga mat, couch, or bed—whatever feels most supportive for your body.

This practice is rooted in the intention to help you build a more mindful relationship with your body and your breath. It’s especially helpful during times of stress, burnout, or transition, and can be used to reset your nervous system and bring clarity into your day.
