    Target: Shoulders + Back + Arms

    These "Quick Target" practices focus on an area of the body where we'll either strengthen or stretch (or both) the area. These are for all levels and most abilities. Practice them a few times during your week or month.

    Give yourself a few minutes to focus on your upper body through various stretches, alignment notes, and deep breathing.

    You won't need any props and you can practice this anywhere (sitting, standing, at a desk, or on a hike)
