I’M SO GLAD YOU’RE HERE

Welcome to Reset for Rejuvenation: An Ayurvedic Fall Cleanse

I’m so excited to guide you through 10 days of true dedication to yourself, your health, and your well-being. If you’re joining us live, we’ll begin together on the cleanse start date. If you’re moving at your own pace, you’ll still have full access to the materials, recipes, classes, and PDF guides until October 31, 2025. Seasonal cleanses are meant to be done at a certain time, so try to stay within this window for the best results.

Please take a moment to review and sign the following documents before we begin:

The live cleanse will run from September 21st - September 30th 2025. If you are joining live, you will receive a daily email from Lisa and the cleanse content will be unlocked as we go.

You will receive an email from me a few days prior to the cleanse start-date. Please scroll down to the “resources” to view and download your shopping list and recipe packets.

What to Expect

Day 1 and 2: Pre-Cleanse
Eat three meals a day, no snacks, focusing on whole grains, beans, lentils, and seasonal fruits and vegetables. Favor lemon, cooked bitter greens, beets, apples, berries, and cranberries. Let go of caffeine, alcohol, soy, wheat, dairy, sugar, meat, and nuts. Use the Pre- and Post-Cleanse Recipes to guide you.

Day 3 to 7: Kitchari Cleanse
Eat three meals of kitchari each day, using the recipes provided. No cold food or drinks. This part of the cleanse can be shortened to three days if needed, but five is ideal.

Day 8: Rest Day
Take this day slowly. Avoid social meals or eating out. Use this day to reset with broth or post-cleanse recipes and ease gently back into variety.

Day 9 and 10: Reintegration
Much like the pre-cleanse, these days include simple meals with a few extras added in to nourish and rebuild. Use the Pre- and Post-Cleanse Recipes to guide you.

Getting Ready

Write your cleanse dates into your calendar so you can give yourself this time. You’ll still be living your daily life, but the more you can simplify your schedule, the better. Plan your grocery shopping and stock up on ingredients. Most items can be found at the supermarket, though you may want a thermos and some to-go containers for easy meals.

It’s okay to adjust. If you need to shorten the kitchari phase to three days or stay in the pre-cleanse the whole time, that is perfectly fine. Listen to your body.

Begin Working Toward Regular Meals

Ayurveda teaches us the wisdom of three meals a day, spaced three to four hours apart, with no snacks. This allows your body to burn fat between meals instead of constantly digesting. At first, hunger may show up two hours after eating. Let that wave pass. It means your stomach is empty, but your food is still digesting. Over time, you’ll find yourself feeling satisfied longer. If you need extra support, you may add a fourth meal or choose one of the auxiliary foods listed in your packet.

Preparing the Body

Begin now with warm water, ginger tea, or Fall Detox Tea throughout the day. Use a thermos or hydro flask so you always have something warm nearby.

Please don’t binge on junk food before starting. It only makes things harder and leads to cravings. If you drink coffee daily, start reducing it now. Your adrenal glands will thank you. Take half your usual coffee for three days, then switch to black tea for a few days, then green tea. Eventually, try herbal tea. This reset can ease bloating, reduce stress, improve sleep, and leave you with natural energy.

During the Cleanse

If you feel nauseous or get a headache, you may not be eating enough. Try adding a fourth meal, or go back to pre-cleanse recipes for more support. Make sure you don’t skip meals. Keep yourself warm, wear extra layers, and rest when you can.

Sip warm water all day, alternating with tea. Drink smaller amounts at meals and space hydration an hour before or after. Your cells hydrate best this way.

You may need more sleep than usual. Let your body do its janitorial work. Keep exercise light, about half of what you’re used to. Walk, stretch, or practice gentle yoga.

Falling Off the Wagon

This is part of the process. Cleanses teach us balance, not perfection. If you slip, get curious instead of judgmental. I’ve fallen off too. Be kind with yourself. The more you practice, the easier it gets, and the more natural it feels to choose foods that truly support you.
