Lisa Bermudez is an ERYT500, YACEP yoga teacher, certified Ayurveda Health Counselor, and lifelong student of holistic healing. She’s passionate about helping you remember who you are—through rhythm, ritual, and the timeless wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda.
With advanced training in both disciplines and experience mentoring yoga teachers and wellness seekers around the world, Lisa specializes in practical, seasonal, and sustainable self-care. She’s taught in top NYC studios, led global retreats in places like Peru, Cambodia, and Nicaragua, and currently serves as a senior educator with YogaRenew—the largest yoga teacher training school in the world.
Her approach blends tradition with accessibility. You’ll find her offering workshops on the nervous system one week and guiding oil massage rituals the next. Whether you’re navigating burnout, digestion challenges, or simply seeking a rhythm that feels like home, Lisa’s work is designed to support you from the inside out.
