Fall Reset for Rejuvenation
A 10-day Ayurvedic fall cleanse to help you slow down, simplify your meals, and reconnect with your daily rhythm
As the weather cools and life starts to pick up speed, it’s easy to feel scattered, tired, or out of rhythm. Fall Reset for Rejuvenation is a guided, at-home Ayurvedic cleanse that gives you a simple structure for eating warm, seasonal meals, making room for rest, and paying attention to what helps you feel supported.
This isn’t a weight-loss challenge or a test of willpower. It’s a chance to pause, simplify, and explore a traditional Ayurvedic seasonal practice with guidance and flexibility.
The live Fall 2026 cleanse has closed, but you can still join the self-paced version and work through the materials on your own schedule. The portal is open through November 1st
A seasonal reset, with room to make it your own
Ayurveda teaches that fall is associated with qualities like coolness, dryness, and movement. Warm, moist meals, grounding ingredients, gentle spices, and steadier routines are traditional ways to bring more balance to the season.
Over 10 days, you’ll follow a clear progression: easing into simpler meals, spending several days with kitchari as your foundation, then gradually bringing more variety back. The recipes and guidance help you know what to make and when, while leaving space to listen to your own needs.
You don’t have to cook every recipe or do everything perfectly. The goal is to take part in a way that feels realistic and supportive.

How the 10 days work
Days 1–2: Ease in
Begin shifting toward simple meals made with grains, beans, lentils, and seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Days 3–7: Kitchari meals
Make warm kitchari the foundation of your meals, with fall vegetables and gentle spices. The recipes offer variations so you can keep meals satisfying and interesting.
Day 8: Rest and transition
Take a quieter day and give yourself room to move out of the main cleanse phase.
Days 9–10: Reintroduce variety
Gradually add more foods back and notice how your body responds. The transition after the kitchari days is part of the practice, too.
This may be a fit if…
You want to explore an Ayurvedic fall cleanse with a clear plan and recipes to follow. You’re curious about kitchari and seasonal eating, or you’d like a few days to slow down and notice your habits around food, rest, and routine.
You don’t need prior Ayurveda experience. You do need to make some time for grocery shopping, cooking, and a simpler schedule.
A gentle reminder
There is no prize for doing a cleanse perfectly. If you need more food, more rest, or a simpler version, that matters. This is a temporary seasonal practice, not a permanent way of eating.
