Transform Your Practice, One Session at a Time
This isn’t just about doing poses; it’s about creating a practice that truly supports your body, mind, and spirit. With a personalized approach, you’ll receive sessions tailored specifically to your needs, allowing you to experience the benefits of yoga on a deeper level.
What’s Included:
Customized 1:1 Yoga Sessions (60 Minutes Each): Each session is tailored to your unique needs, whether that’s building strength, improving flexibility, mastering a specific pose, or finding peace and relaxation. Each session will begin with a check-in (you’ll let Lisa know how you’re doing, where you’re at, and what you’d like to work on), followed by a centering practice (usually a breath-work practice), and the remainder of class will be focused around your needs and goals. Each session will also end with a savasana or relaxation.
Personalized Practice Plan: After each session, you’ll receive a plan to keep up your progress between meetings, including one or a mix of yoga sequences, meditations, and breathwork suggestions.
Weekly Check-Ins: We’ll touch base weekly to ensure you’re feeling supported, answer any questions, and make adjustments to your practice plan.
All sessions are either online via Zoom or in-person (depending on your location)

Option 1: 10-Session Series
Investment: $1,000 ($100 per session)
Ideal for those ready to fully immerse themselves in a transformative journey. You’ll see significant progress as we work together over 10 sessions, building a strong foundation and deepening your practice.
Option 2: 5-Session Series
Investment: $600 ($120 per session)
A great choice if you want focused support for a specific goal or challenge. You’ll receive personalized guidance while keeping flexibility in your schedule.
Option 3: 3-Session Series
Investment: $400 ($133 per session)
Perfect for those looking for a jumpstart or a targeted approach. This option provides enough time to explore a particular area of your practice with dedicated attention.
