Whether you're an advanced yogi or a yogi-to-be looking to begin your yoga practice, we will work together to design a practice specific to your needs.
Lisa is available to total beginners who are seeking out the foundations to begin their yoga practice,
advanced practitioners who are looking to work on the deeper asanas (yoga poses) through smart sequencing,
women who would like to continue their practice during and after pregnancy,
and anyone needing to incorporate the yoga practice into their daily lifestyle.
+ REIKI +
Reiki is a healing practice that promotes balance, relaxation, vitality, and harmony.
It benefits the whole person physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally - while creating an overall sense of peace and wellbeing.
Reiki is non-invasive and is practiced by placing hands lightly on, or proximal to, your body -
encouraging your body's own ability to release tension and stress + reduce pain and anxiety.
Reiki sessions are always 1 -on- 1
+ MEDITATION +
Meditation has been proven to induce relaxation, awareness, and focus.
Lisa is available to total beginners who have never meditated before, as well as advanced practitioners.
Meditation maybe incorporated into any yoga or reiki session, or may be an entire session on its own.
Your needs and requests will always be discusses before each session.
Please note there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your session after the 24-hour window, you will still be charged for your session. If you have a package, one class with be deducted from your package.
